Situated 80 metres from Arugam Bay Beach, Hakuna Matata Arugambay offers accommodation with a patio, as well as an open-air bath and a garden. The property is 2 mins walk from the beach but at the quieter end of the main street. There are lots of great cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The place is a very chilled family atmosphere run by the host, Billie, who was a top guy and looks out for his guests. He'll sort out anything you need and runs safaris every other day. Unfortunately we didn't get to do one with him which was a regret.

The place was amazing with big spacious rooms. There was hot water and a balcony with hammock and chair. The staff was helpful with everything. They help us with taxi, scooter and surf lessons.

Great place for a long stay. 1 min from the beach, 1 min to the street with all restaurants and bars. Very reasonable price, nice rooms with ac and very friendly owner who were always really helpful and kind.

Situated within 300 metres of Arugam Bay Beach and 1.6 km of Pasarichenai Beach in Arugam Bay, Sanity Door Rooms and Hostel provides accommodation with seating area and a kitchen. Pretty Newly renovated guesthouse. We stayed for one more extra night. Close to the beach with in one minute walking distance just cross the main street. We also had free to cook ourself by thier mini kitchen. And also complimentary Tea and Coffee for every customers offered by the owner here. Great value for money

Boasting a garden, terrace and views of sea, Mr Fisherman is situated in Arugam Bay, a few steps from Arugam Bay Beach. The location was perfect, in the middle of the town for bars and restaurants and over looking the beach. Staff was exceptional, even took us to the bus stop at 4:30am so we could go to our next stop. Highly recommend

Situated within 100 metres of Arugam Bay Beach and 1.7 km of Pasarichenai Beach, Tropicana Home Stay features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Arugam Bay. This place is great, legitimately one of the best places I've stayed in Sri Lanka. The water is hot and has good pressure; the Wi-Fi is fast and stable; the beds are comfy; and the fan and AC both work well. Beyond the facilities, the hosts are great. They're extremely friendly and always helpful.

Nice breakfast location, absolutely nice personal and boss - so friendly and helpful. They made our laundry, arranged a taxi to our next destination in Sri Lanka and everything for fair price. Easy communication in WhatsApp. Highly recommended!!!
