The owners are nice and give helpful advice. The room was spacious, clean and although in a rural part, there were no mosquitos :)

The room is newly built and although it is on their home property it is private and very spacious and clean. There is a cooking school next door run by their uncle but we didn't get a chance to do it, however we ate there and it was good food.

Lucky Hostel, a property with a terrace, is set in Battambang, 1.2 km from Colonial Buildings, 1.6 km from Battambang Museum, as well as 6.1 km from Bamboo Train Battambang. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. I arrived quite late but check in was smooth, left quite early and check out was also very smooth. The room is clean, bed was comfy. There is an indoor pool which I did not use but looked clean and nice.
