This is a great apartment in a safe area, with secure rooms. The room was spotless and had a coffee machine, tv, fridge, wardrobe. The bed was lovely and big and very comfortable. There was aircon and heating. It was very quiet. The bathroom was also a great size and had a great shower. There was free street parking outside on the street. It was spotless and very modern. The restaurants and old town are very close by and there are lots of nice cafes and bakeries almost next door, for breakfast. Recommend for a great stay.

It was for a half day but we wanted more because of this room, the host is really supportive guy who helped us in a request.. The room is like a 5-star hotels but 10x cheaper 😄 Thanks Pasquale

Amazing bathroom, very clean room, comfortable bed, very nice and helpful owner Francesca, good breakfast (you can choose if you want sweet or savory), parking in front of the door.

Sunset 221 Cagliari asub Cagliaris, Cala Mosca rannast 2,8 km ja Norast 39 km kaugusel. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. The owners was both very helpful and polite. Although i arrived after midnight they were there to help. The room was very nice and clean.

Big, clean, spacious rooms with modern design and amenities. Very comfy beds. The place is brand new and in a key position to discover the city center of Cagliari (15mins drive) and all the great beaches south of Cagliari (20-50 mins drive) from Poetto which is the closest to Villasimius which lies the furthest. If you come by car as we did this is the best accommodation you can get in Cagliari! Owner and his colleague Ana were very kind and always accessible.

Barbara was a delight, helped us to bus station for. beach and bought our tickets.The little stand where bus left was incredible with the food.The lady who served the food was very helpful.Location was great. Great boardwalk and restaurants.Would welcome another visit.

The location is perfect, you can go in 10 min in the city centre and going walking around everywhere. The room is spacious, modern, silent, very clean and comfortable. Around the building is very easy parking the car.The best that you can find.

Great patio and lawn, we used the v. efficient fridge to chill our wine, & glasses were provided. Room was super clean and very quiet & dark at night (good window coverings). Very short walk to the Sandy beach

Hiljuti renoveeritud külalistemaja Magnini Rooms asub Cagliaris, 2,5 km kaugusel Spiaggia di Giorginost. Kohapeal on ühine puhkeruum ja külalised saavad nautida merevaadet. Absolutely stunning! Fantastic central location, newly furbished, well-equipted apartman with 2 double beds, with AC and fast wifi. Everything is new and modern. 24h coffee/coca/tea, in the mini fridge every morning juice, milk and water, on the table a basket of snacks (although the apartman is self-catering we had a full breakfast this way). Host lady is friendly, fluent English-speaking and helpful. Whenever I go back to Sardinia I would choose this apartman again. Thank You!
