Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Andrea was very helpful. The hotel location was top. Close to central station for trains to cinque terre, there is a shopping street just 200 meters from Real Rooms and marina is just 10 minutes walk. Many restaurants around. Room was silent and very clean. Parking was available. I would definetly stay here again.

Amazing, new hotel in the middle of Sanremo! The stuff was very friendly, the room was really clean and all furniture was new, the location was perfect right in the middle of the city, so it was comfortable and convenient to reach out to any location. Highly recommended.

A recently renovated guest house in Genova, Lovely homes offers children's playground, private parking and sports facilities. Friendly staff, they went out of their way to accommodate our stay. We arrived very late and they waited for us. Great place
