The train service stopped due to land slide and we faced difficulty in reaching and leaving Varenna. Difficult to catch a taxi to leave Varenna to Lecco for onward train to Milano. Laura was kind enough to order a taxi for us. Clean and quiet room. Excellently located very close to the pier - good when raining.

A good location for a stress-free holiday in Mandello del Lario, Picobello Lago is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain. Everything was amazing! The host, the location, the appartment, we loved it! Very highly recommended m.

Offering city views, Aurum - Como Luxury Suites is an accommodation set in Como, 300 metres from Basilica of San Fedele and 700 metres from Como Lago Train Station. location os great in middle of everything, the place definitely is recommended, however the issue in such location is the parking , near public parking is available (3min walking )but very expensive for 24hr (50+ €)

The Vitrum provides a variety of different themed rooms. Our room was overlooking the Como Duamo. Such a perfect location, being able to soak in the atmosphere on the balcony. The bathroom along with the shower was amazing. Would highly recommend this beautiful and modern hotel.

Definitely one of the best B&B I've ever been to. Tastefully decorated and SPOTLESS rooms, showers and common places. Patrizia is the most welcoming and thoughtful host I've met. Loved chatting with her! Fridge is pre-filled with all the goodies (sodas, water, beers, wine, etc.) you could possibly wish for on a hot summer day. There's an absolutely outstanding gelateria just around the corner, make sure to try it!
