Bár sok helyen jártam már, mégis azt mondhatom, hogy ilyen szuper kedves személyzettel (tulajdonossal ritkán találkoztam és a szállás is nagyon szép, tiszta, kényelmes átgondolt minden igényt kielégítő, még az ágyak is és az ágynemű is! Csak jó szível tudom mindenkinek ajánlani és a tulaj isteni finom gofrit süt reggelente a vendégeknek a saját házi lekvárral együtt kínálja! Sajnos csak 1 éjszakát szóltunk meg :( ! Although I have been to many places, I can still say that I have rarely met such super nice staff (the owner) and the accommodation is also very nice, clean, comfortable, well thought out, satisfying all needs, even the beds and the bedding! I can only recommend it to everyone with a good heart and the owner bakes divinely delicious waffles and offers them to the guests in the morning together with his own homemade jam! Unfortunately, we only stayed 1 night :( !

Lækjaborgir Guesthouse is located in Kálfafell, 26 km east of Kirkjubæjarklaustur. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Super clean and cozy. Amazing please to catch some northern lights from the living room❤️

Guesthouse Hateigi 2 is set in Hella. This guest house offers free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. Outdoor dining is also possible at the guest house. Exceptionally clean, spacious and well equipped. Veronique was very helpful. The best stay so far for my trip in Iceland.

The place was really nice, bright, larger than we expected, clean and with so many facilities, very happy with the accommodaton, lovely views too. Véronique, our host, was super friendly, we had a nice chat when we arrived and the day after she went totally out of her way to warn us about a weather alert, thanks Véronique, we will be back!

Landbrot Guesthouse is situated in Kirkjubæjarklaustur. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Very cute. Easy enough to find. A little out of the way but this makes it the perfect spot for the Northern lights. Which we got to see better here than on a paid tour. Only one coffee pod per person supplied Shower was good temp Room was warm.

Situated in Fludir, Klettar Tower Iceland has a shared lounge, garden and free WiFi throughout the property. Private parking is available to guests, free of charge. This is one of the most unique and coolest places I have stayed at in my years of international travels. A silo converted into 4 bedrooms and a rooftop lounge - who would have imagined that? There were 7 of us travelling and we were lucky to have the entire tower to ourselves. The bedrooms exceeded my expectation in that they have very modern and hi-tech facilities (such as the ceiling ambiance lights that can change colours), while keeping a simplistic and clean design. The rooms are well equipped with power outlets; safety equipment like fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke detector; a small kitchenette with sink, stove and kitchenware; a table top attached to the wall along with 2 chairs; and even a small portable fan. There are drawers under the bed for storage. The bathroom is spacious and has a large wall mirror and heated towel rack. Rooms on upper floors have much stronger water pressure than the ground floor. Lots of natural lights. One of the windows is screened to prevent bugs from flying in. Biting midges can be an issue at night time during summer. We were lucky we didn't come across these bugs as the temperature was exceptionally cool during our visit. Wi-Fi works well. There are 4 parking spots at the bottom of the tower, clearly marked with each apartment number. The metal staircase that goes around the outside of the tower is non-slip but has open slats. Those who are scared of heights may want to pick the lower floors. The rooftop lounge, with windows all around, provides panoramic views of the surrounding area. It will be a great place to watch the northern lights while staying warm indoors. When people go up and down the metal staircase, the sound carries through the tower. It doesn't bother me, but it may be annoying to some. My daughter on the 4th floor said she could hear me talking from my 3rd floor room - something to be aware of. Overall, very happy with the stay and look forward to visiting again and staying longer!

Featuring sea views, Guest House Svetlana provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 44 km from Seljalandsfoss. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a patio. Svetlana was super friendly, she gave us some local food and advise and was always helpful, even more considering that I made a mistake in the number of people in the booking. Very confortable apartment with great views. You can walk to a near waterfall. All great!!
