Situated 37 km from Stykkishólmur, Drangar Country Guesthouse is located on the Snæfellsnes Peninsula and features a shared lounge. Beautiful location & amazing architecture. Staff were fantastic, Leanna a real welcoming host and always available for great insights into thje area & rich history. Absoutely amazing room & pictures barely do it justice (with Kitchenette), lovely little all you can eat buffet, which will set you right up for the rest for day. Loved the place!

Everyone from the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner on our second evening. The selection and quality of fresh seafood and fish was amazing and very delicious. Definitely worth the money. They had a little play area for kids in the lobby which kept our son quite happy and busy.

This was probably the best place my friend and I stayed at in Iceland. It was new, clean, perfect amount of space with a great layout, nice and secluded, great view, easy to find, the people were lovely, and the dog was adorable and friendly! Everything and more you could want from a place to stay! I wish everywhere was as nice, this place checked all of our boxes. We even were able to faintly see the northern lights.
