Drangar Country Guesthouse asub Snæfellsnesi poolsaarel, Stykkishólmurist 37 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on ühine puhkeruum. Majutusasutuses on ühine köök ja pakihoid. We liked everything from Drangar. I highly recommend a stay in there, so do not hesitate if you’re visiting the area, it’s well worth it! The hosts, Leana and Knútur were very helpful and gave us some tips about the best parts to visit, even before we got there. They made us feel like it was really our home, too, and I wish it was, as the architecture of the buildings is beautiful and no wonder that it’s won a prize in that field, precisely! The surroundings of the place make a perfect stay for you to enjoy this part of Iceland. In addition, we came with our almost 1-year-old child and they provided us with all the necessary things for him!! :)) He was compleltely covered. Each detail is thouroughly taken into account and I’d definetely come back if I’m in Iceland again.

We loved our stay at Monika's place! Great location (right next to a Bonus), beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, and the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces were always very clean. Monika is an exceptionally kind and thoughtful host; she made our stay that much better. There were jars of granola, cereal, and spreads to have in the morning which would accompany the bread we bought from the Bonus next door and the milk in the fridge. There were also plenty of coffee pods and tea bags to enjoy. The common space was very comfortable to work from and there was strong wifi in the house. Bedrooms were a comfortable size and the comforter's warmth is unmatched. There is parking outside and the house is walking distance from stores, restaurants, and the lighthouse. Gas stations are also within a 2-3 minute drive. Overall, we had a great stay and we can't wait to come back! The Guesthouse has everything you will need for a comfortable stay and good night's sleep.

Set in the quiet countryside of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, this family-run guest house is 45 minutes’ drive from Stykkishólmur town centre. Amazing room with ocean view. The staff was super super kind and they would do anything they could to help you. Very close to thermal baths.

This was probably the best place my friend and I stayed at in Iceland. It was new, clean, perfect amount of space with a great layout, nice and secluded, great view, easy to find, the people were lovely, and the dog was adorable and friendly! Everything and more you could want from a place to stay! I wish everywhere was as nice, this place checked all of our boxes. We even were able to faintly see the northern lights.
