Near the hotel is an area with less light pollution, ideal for admiring the sky. The place was clean and welcoming. We used also the "living room"/hallway area, where we had the space for quality time with our friends and play some games.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse, which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nándor, the host, was wonderful. We were warmly welcomed, and felt right at home. This is a perfect place to stay for easy access to exploring the national park, and a great place for kids.

We were in Debrecen for the Campus Festival at the end of July 2022. We were looking for cheap but comfortable accommodation close to the city centre and with good access to public transport. This accommodation exceeded our expectations, and if we ever return to Debrecen, we will definitely stay here again. The guest house is in a family house in a quiet street, it belongs to a family and you can meet all its members in the courtyard of the house at the daily base. They are all very nice, give you good tips for food and excursions in the area and speak several languages. As we didn't speak Hungarian, we were looking for international accommodation - we didn't expect the staff to speak Slovak at all and that made us very happy! A native language in the middle of a foreign city in another country. We got an even better apartment than the one we booked because we stayed in the hotel for several days. We arrived a bit earlier than we had originally stated - it was no problem for them and they didn't keep us waiting and had the room ready right away. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need - air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, nice bathroom. They kept our room clean all the time. As we were at the festival, we arrived at the accommodation only late in the evening and hit the streets again only in the afternoon.
