The lovely personal touches(the sheep items)plus loved the themed halloween mugs..hamper was nice,plenty of hot drink choices and a big bottle of water which was great.Lovely little village,good pubs and walks.

Alan was a cheerful and helpful host. Coffee and biscuits were refilled each morning while we were gone hiking. Our room was spacious and clean. Location was excellent for hiking and walking into the pub at night.

A lovely place for a family in beautiful Bakewell. Walking distance to a craft beer brewery. Very quiet to calm down after the excursions of the day. We loved it and can warmly recommend. Maggi is a wonderful host and we felt welcome and very comfortable. slept extremely well and breakfast was delicious.
