It was really close to the Barmbek station and very safe to walk to, the self check-in was really easy. I didn’t use any of the common facilities, but the room was nicely decorated and had all the amenities. There was also an option online to request the change of towels and throw out the trash which I didn’t use because of my short stay, thus I don’t know how that would work but it was a nice touch. I can see how people who are not used to the sound of trains could find the presence of the train tracks nearby a problem. My room was on the 3rd floor facing the train tracks directly and I didn’t consider the sound unbearable, in fact, I barely heard it. The gentleman I had to call in the early Sunday morning to unlock the front gate for me was really nice and helpful.

Wandsbek Markt is a charming area, and this apartment was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for exploring Hamburg, with cafes, shops, and everything I needed within walking distance. The apartment was part of a beautiful house, and it had a cozy, homely feel to it. The decor was nice, and the place was spotlessly clean. It felt like a home away from home during my stay. 😊 The kitchen was fully equipped, which was handy for cooking my own meals. The internet worked well, and the surroundings were peaceful, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The apartment was cozy as it has floor heating , and It was very warm. The host was friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Qiang was very quick to respond to any questions I had and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Staying in this apartment made my first weeks in Hamburg enjoyable and stress-free. It was a cozy retreat in a great location, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. A big thank you to the host for providing such a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Hamburg. I would recommend this apartment to anyone for a peaceful and convenient base in Hamburg. 🤗🎉
