My stay started with one of the owners picking me up from the airport, very early in the morning-free of charge. He then gave me a little city tour on the way home and lots of useful tips, not only for Mendoza but for Argentina in general, which saved me tons of money. When I was sick, the other owner took care of me and they even picked me up from the police after I had an accident. They are reachable and willing to help at any time of the day. And this is just about the personal side of this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, very central and in walking distance to basically everything. The rooms are quite spacious, with a nice style and are equipped with AC and ceiling fan, so there is something for everyone. If this was’t enough, they sell the best wines of Argentina and are happy to help you to find the right ones for you. All in all, I felt very well looked after and extended my stay two times. So it’s needless to say, that I loved the place.

Excellent location, close to center of Mendoza and the Bus terminal in Mendoza. Very helpful host who answered all our questions and let us store our luggage there while we took a short side trip. He has breakfast drinks available and some cold drinks (including beer) in the refrigerator. Had wonderful amenities (soap).

メンドーサの中心部にあるDisfruta como localはパセオ・アラメダから3.1km、独立広場から3.1kmで、無料WiFi、庭、エアコンを提供しています。庭の景色を望む宿泊施設で、パティオを提供しています。 キッチン（冷蔵庫、オーブン、ポット付）が備わるホームステイです。バスルームにはビデとシャワーが備わります。 Disfruta como... 予約確定後から、チェックインまで、とにかく質問と指図が多い。 ホテルのやり方を先回りして、通告するように客をそのやり方にそわせようとした。 客にフライトの出発地までいちいち聞く必要はない。なぜならば、すでに伝えたフライト番号でそれは把握できるのだから。それを調べる手間を省き、客に出発地まで質問するのは、怠慢でさえある。 そして客の到着を辛抱強く待てばいいだけだ。 客への質問の多さは、客への猜疑心の表れであり、居心地の悪さを惹起させると同時に無礼な振る舞いであると、認識を改めるべきである。 Bookingcomで表示されている米ドルでの価格を、ホテル側が恣意的な為替レート（銀行レートと言っていたが、それを客は参照できもしないのに）を用いなくても、Bookingcomが用いいる為替レートで何が問題なのか。そうすれば価格において疑問は生じない。 そのことを指摘すると、オーナーの女性は途端に態度を豹変させ、私を侮辱し始めた。 そういう態度から察するに、自身のやり方に客を添わせることに、自身の職務の意義を感じておられるようだ。 サービス業の存在意義をよく考え直すべきである。 また客商売とは、客の要望に如何に答えられるかであって、 客に自身のやり方を慇懃ではあるが、客に指図して、客を自身の意に従わせることではない。 ましてや、皮肉な言い方で、客を侮辱するようであっては、ホテル経営者として失格と言わざるを得ない。

I liked everything about this lovely place.The location was very good-a pleasant walk to the main plaza.My room was clean and comfortable and opened onto a very large balcony-very pleasant in the early mornings.What really made this place stand out were Silvia and her nephew Lucio-two lovely people.Silvia was so helpful-she washed my clothes when needed and provided a great breakfast every morning.This is where I will stay when I return to Mendoza....Top marks....10 out of 10.

Featuring panoramic views of the Andes Mountains, La Morada Lodge offers comfortable accommodations with free WiFi access in Los Chacayes. What an amazing long weekend. By design my wife and I didn't rent a car and wanted to just spend time on the property/eating at the restaurant. We were a little bit worried about the quality of food and drink but it definately didn't disappoint. The bar, wait, and front desk staff were all very kind and helpful.

Brand new hostel with a great pool and everything is super clean. As the pool is on the terrace, you have sun all day long and you can see the Andes from there, which is so nice. The location is perfect and everything you need is nearby. The staff was awesome and helped with everything you needed. Would always stay there again and recommend this place to everyone.
