Susan and her family were amazing. Truly the most welcoming people. We arrived pretty late in the evening but Susan welcomed us and gave us welcome drinks. We were only there for a night and a little bit for the next day but she was ready with a list of recommendations. Given our time frame she gave us a shorter version of what she recommended. She even recommended a really great restaurant that we later learned that was also her family restaurant. If you stay here, make sure to ask about the restaurant and try it out. Food was amazing. I’ve written a review for that on Google as well. The villa itself was I a very central location. Everything was walking distance and so convenient. The room was clean and really cozy. Shower was amazing and hot and very comforting after a long sweaty day. Really no complaints and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Our stay came with breakfast and we got a menu of healthy selections. We got an omelette with a baguette which was delicious. There was free refills of coffee and tea as well. All in all I highly recommend :) thank you Susan and family!!

Vincent’s House is perfect. Great location and a really great price offering value for money. Vince and his family own and run this small hotel and they do a fabulous job. His mum cooks the best banana pancakes I’ve had on my entire two month trip. The hotel is located down a little side alley and away from the hustle and bustle. the room was clean and the facilities were much much nicer than what we ever expecting for a home stay since it was in a very twisty back alley. The family was AMAZING. They were incredibly welcoming even to the point of inviting us to their family lunch. We had plans so we first tried to politely refuse but they were insistent and we’re so glad we accepted their offer. The one missing member of their family from the meal was the one who had a little English. Since we’re have no Vietnamese it was a fun experience trying to communicate. on top of all this the matriarch of the family kept giving us little treats every time she saw us over the three days—cold water bottles and little plates of fruit. It was like we were staying at our grandmothers house!

BOOK THIS PLACE!! Where to start, the rooms are amazing, such comfy beds and great showers! We booked 3 nights but ended up staying 5. The location is perfect walking distance to the main area and only a 10 minute scooter ride from the beach. The staff at the homestay are amazing people, such a lovely welcoming family who helped us so much throughout our stay with renting scooters and onward buses. They go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable trip in hoi an and we were sad to leave!

Friendly and warm welcome, bed was super very clean room, toilet and comfortable beds same as what you would get at a 4-star hotel. Air con was strong, super quiet and friendly receptionist that helped us booked taxi, tours and activities. I will stay again.

Billy and Lily are so kind and helpfull and makes the best breakfast you can find in Vietnam!The homestay is located a few kilometers from Hoi An, but with a bike or a scooter, its so easy to get around and see the small villages outside Hoi An. You will be surrounded by beautiful beaches and hospitable people! It was definitely our favourite place to be in Vietnam.
