Chez is very friendly and helpfull. She recomended trips in worse weather - like to Oleta state river park. House is located in safe part of Northern Miami Beach. It is close to all main directions if you travel by public transport - 1 minute from bus stop line 9 - north to Aventura or south to Miami Design district. Only 15 minutes walk thru nice garden tree park to Wallmart and Publix or for bus 75 to beach - Haulover or Collins. If you have car, there is place to park it. Kitchen is equiped with all what you need. Bathroom is clean and you have allways hot water :-)

Everything was truly excellent! Juan & Ana are superb hosts, always attentive and kind. The property is exactly as advertised in photos, and I would say even better - sparkling clean, spacious for a studio, and the bed is beyond comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

My stay here was absolutely amazing. It had everything I needed and was extremely clean. It was so nice to end up here after a long day of miaming to relax on the patio with a night Cap. I will definitely stay here again. The bed was comfortable, Plenty of hot water, a cold fridge, parking pad, and the location might be my favorite part. it's a short drive to the coast yet it's far enough away to be in a nice quiet relaxing environment
