I can only rejoin the comments of previous travellers with very little to add. These are really nice wooden bungalows right in front of a kind of "private" beach, where you'll probably spend time both having breakfast and delicious dinner on the sand a few meters away from the water. A couple of steps to the north you can enjoy the wide expanse of TIng Rai beach, if you prefer. Of course many other cool beaches with different vibes can be easily reached by renting a scooter or tuktuk, everything will be taken of care for you at the resort. In all of them you can enjoy great sunsets with a drink immersed in a relaxed atmosphere. Great stay, sadly we could only extend one more day to a total of 4, it was hard to leave!

The detail in the design of this extraordinary villa was a joy to behold. Extremely spacious. Very clean. Off the beaten track but a bike ride away from restaurants. Lovely place to return to after a day exploring the island. We got breakfast made every morning by Avarin’s mum. Eggs. Fruit. Tea. Coffee. Rice. Always tasty. Always fresh. She and her husband are so kind and sweet. They sorted us out a bike to ride around in for a good price. You can do your washing there for £1. They have two beautiful cats we befriended. We loved our stay. Avarin is really easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Malee and her husband are amazing people, with a huge warm heart! the food at the restaurant is outstanding! the wooden bangalow is beautiful, with a big bed (serious mosquito net!) table and chairs on the porch, to enjoy the garden/jungle! Close everywhere on the island, especially if you have a bike or motorbike. You can get nice traditional breakfast (sticky rice etc.) for few bahts from the host's mum on the street.
