Quite a treat. Clean, comfy, quiet, superb location with a stunning view of the snowcapped mountains across the fjord. Kitchen is small but well equipped with everything in perfect condition and again, what a view. Lina, the owner, is a sweetheart, gave me what I needed to wrap,a parcel for mailing and let me leave my bag and my food in the fridge after checkout as I had a later bus.

She helped us out when we didn't know how we should continue our trip due to severe weather conditions. Her experience was super helpful. We ended up staying an extra night which we loved because her apartment is lovely and extremely clean. Everything looks brand new and the kitchen has everything you might need. Our room was charming and suitable for our needs. The common areas were also charming and clean. The bathrooms were clean and had hot showers with a very good pressure. Behind the guesthouse are nice views and a walking path. The restaurant we did not visit but it looked very busy for the dinner guests! The price was fair.

There was a well-equipped kitchen and small common room right off our room and the kitchen. The restaurant on the premises was excellent. Highly recommended. (There is also a good-value, luncheon buffet at the Settlement Center, within walking distance of the Homestay.).
