The setting was beautiful, with mountain views all around and sheep and cows grazing in the fields behind the guesthouse. We requested a vegetarian dinner and our host made a delicious quiche which was probably the best meal we ate while we were in Iceland. The room was clean and comfortable. We went for a hike through the fields before dinner and it was gorgeous. We loved every minute.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay just a bit outside Akureyri. The view is fantastic and there are sheep, chickens and roosters running around outside the house. Rooms are small but the beds are very comfortable. If you're travelling by car I definitely recommend Lamb Inn. The restaurant was amazing as well with food made from local ingredients.
