Spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated appartement. Property with history, carefully renovated. Located at the end of a private road on a hill. Beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno after a short walk further up the hill. Very friendly hosts. Excellent food! Good working WiFi. Large swimming pool.

Breakfast was quite fine. We much like the location. It is very quiet, with beautiful views to the country side from our window. it is quiet and secluded, there is also a swimming pool, though we did not use it. The location was very nice, and is a clear positive town. You can easily walk to San Damiano and then on to Assisi, through a nice and nearly car free walk...say 15 mn to the Assisi gate the room was quite fine, there is good wifi

Fantastic hotel & spa for peaceful holiday. Staff are all genuinely friendly and very helpful. The spa facilities are first class and swimming pool area is lovely.

Miataland is a great place to stay, specially if you're MX-5 lover! The owner has the biggest collection of MX-5s in the world and has great stories connected to each car. You can experience drive in the nature and also enjoy calmness at their swimming pool overseeing the valley. Everyone is very helpful and the place feels like a family villa.

It is a place of peace and calm. I did feel at home, welcomed by the owners (and by the sweetest of dogs and cats). The access road slows you down already, to bring you in the mood for life at a slower pace. The hammocks under the old oak trees help to keep that feeling, not to mention the beautiful view and the swimming pool. Breakfast was great, with every of the three mornings I was there something extra, something different.

The villa was perfect for us. It has four large double bedrooms, with air conditioning in each room. It is very spacious, with three eating areas (dining table, kitchen table and patio), and with a conservatory too. There is also a mezzanine level above the living room with a pool table and a card table. The swimming pool was clean and just lovely, and everything was as described. There is a supermarket (Eurospin) within walking distance, and a larger supermarket (Pam) which is a few minutes away by car.

The staff is amazing; very friendly, always available and great service. The hotel itself is a fascinating building, with a lot of history and art. The swimming pool is very clean and there is a pool service too (lunch is great!). Big plus is that the hotel is wheelchair accessible and that the staff is very helpful in thinking along in that respect as well. The rooms are large, very clean and fully equipped.
