Communication and alignments were always easy. Apartment well equipped for a family holiday (dishwasher, wash machine, a great milk foam maker!! :-), many games for measure time ) . Restaurant and supermarkets in the nearby. Availability of place for the car. Quieteness of the area. A place were I would come back!
