49 km from Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, Longhill Lodge is a recently renovated property set in Addo and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The property is amazing, really spacious, cleaned everyday to a high standard. It has an amazing outdoor area with a Braai which we enjoyed using. It’s a great base location to visit Addo Elephant park which is an hour away. The lodge is secluded and you feel totally immersed in the beautiful surroundings, we walked in the mornings, saw lots of animals especially at night on the way back to the lodge. Safari’s are also available but we did these in Amakhala so just relaxed in the afternoons. There are a few nice restaurants in the local town if you want to eat out, if not the local spar is good. Wild Olive Cottage in Graaff-Reinet features accommodation with free WiFi, 11 km from Valley of Desolation and 11.8 km from Urquhart House Museum. The holiday home is 11.9 km from Reinet House Museum.... Niles was very responsive. Location is amazing. Hot water was scalding, a nice change from some places I've been to.

The perfect getaway from city life and escape into the wild. The cottage is on a working farm owned by a lovely British couple that are in the process of upgrading it and creating more cottages. The rooms offer a rustic yet luxurious vintage African explorer aesthetic, and have every comfort available. Both rooms have en suite bathrooms and showers, all windows have insect nets, both rooms have air conditioning, and the kitchen has a gas stove and kettle for when loadshedding strikes. The cottage also comes with a potjie and indoor fireplace as well as outdoor Braai area, table, and private pool with a jacuzzi function. And the property has a resident purebred ridgeback who has the most gentle nature and is very friendly.

Sky Holiday House is a holiday home with a patio, located in East London in the Eastern Cape Region. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an oven, as well as a coffee machine. Marius and team were great hosts! Very accommodating, hence our second stay here. Lovely clean unit and great view over the farmland. Quiet area. Has a lovely enclosed braai area. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in EL!

Situated in Jeffreys Bay and only 1.2 km from Ferreira Town Beach, Leadwood House features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. We travelled with my elderly parents which have difficulty with steps. Leadwood house was perfect for us due to easy access. I could drive up next to entrance of the house, with only three small steps that lead onto a beautiful porch. House was exceptionally clean, layout is spacious and furnishings of superior quality. Safe off street parking (two garages available too) with very convenient location to a variety of good restaurants and shops.

Situated in St Francis Bay, near St Francis Bay Beach, St Francis Links Golf Course and The Village Square Shopping Centre, Alchemy has a garden. Beautiful family holiday house. Very nice and quiet area, close to all activities.

Located in Gqeberha, Fun-filled, cosy family home provides accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. We received a very warm welcome from the host, she was very kind and would call to make sure we were enjoying our stay. This place is actually more beautiful than in the pictures and the mall is just a walk away.

Featuring mountain views, Kudu Haven provides accommodation with a tennis court and a patio, around 26 km from Middelburg Railway Station. The quiet cerenity and farm atmosphere. A pity we did not have time to hike more!
