Situé à Washington, à 1,7 km de la gare de Washington Union et à 2,3 km de la Cour suprême, le Charming 4 Bedroom House!1 Mile from Capitol Hill! We liked the location's proximity to the National Mall/museums/monuments. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The home was well maintained and clean as advertised. The beds were comfortable. Having access to laundry facilities was a major perk! Although free street parking was not 100% guaranteed, we were able to park every evening in front of the home! The VRBO owner made himself very accessible, but we didn't have any needs.

I loved that we fit two families, my brother’s family and mine, in one house comfortably. We all had beds to sleep in and none of us had to sleep on the couch or the floor! It was a very comfortable vacation. The house was tastefully decorated and the owner was responsive and great with messaging us back with clear instructions on how to enter the house and what the house rules were. The beds were all comfortable and it was a short drive to our destination.

This was a perfect house in a fantastic location for our DC trip. The house is clean & comfortable, our questions were answered promptly. A huge bonus is that there is free parking in the back of the house. Kitchen was easy to use for cooking some of our meals and relaxing together. Very much appreciated the fans in every bedroom. Shower water pressure was also wonderful. An easy walk to parks, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.

The property is very well refurbished with excellent taste and lovely touches! Fabulous bed línens and towels and good quality products ! Candice even left milk , jams and cereals , very much appreciated! We loved it !

Situé à Washington, à moins de 1 km du centre de conventions Walter E Washington et à 2,6 km du centre commercial National Mall, le Convention Center/Logan Circle Large Cozy House. Cette maison est exceptionnelle avec 3 vraies chambres et une jolie petite terrasse. Très bien située pour sillonner Washington à pieds ou en bus à moins de 5mn et métro à moins de 10mn. Supermarché à 5mn à pieds. Extrêmement bien équipée dans toutes les pièces. Tout est laissé à disposition dans la cuisine et les salles de bain. Il suffit de poser ses valises et on se sent comme chez soi.

Very clean, nicely decorated, perfect location. Plenty of rooms and space. If I come to Washington, definitely will rent again. The Manager is very helpful and responsive. I strongly recommend.

The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owner was friendly and helpful. Very near to transport if you haven't got a car (2 mins) to bus and free streetcar to Union station.
