Overlooking the village of Velas, Casa Da Encosta is located in the São Jorge island in the Azores archipelago. It offers accommodation for 4 persons and panoramic views of the Pico across the sea. The property had stunning views and it is well located in the city. We watched a huge rainbow for over 30 minutes from our place. Beautiful!! It was close to downtown and a large market. The hostess Gisele was very sweet snd helpful. We will definitely tell our friends to stay here when they come visit the beautiful town of Velas!

Situated in Urzelina in the São Jorge Island region, Lucy's Rosegarden has a garden. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The Rose Garden was very clean and comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were greeted with a basket of bread and cheese which was a lovely touch!

Houses of Eira Velha has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Fajã do Ouvidor. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. Great house with a fabulous view! Faja do Ouvidor is a beautiful place, with Simao Dias almost as a private swimmingpool nearby (with the right timing). House is very complete, with equiped kitchen, a nice BBQ area, great porch to enjoy the evenings. Views to the sea. And last but not least: great hosts! Rúben and Bruna are Sao Jorge natives and give you a lot of useful information about the island. Really nice to meet them!

Everything was simply perfect! Ulrike and dirk were super nice hosts, the house was very well equipped, swimming spot is just a few meters away, we absolutely enjoyed.

The owners were very communicative and responsive. The place is very cozy and perfect for us as a couple travelling alone. Great patio with hammocks and very well thought out inclusions in the home.

Casa Grão de Café AL is located in Fajã dos Vimes and offers barbecue facilities. Guests can benefit from a patio and an outdoor fireplace. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The house and location are beautiful and peaceful, the homemade jam and basic stock were much appreciated. Diana responded quickly, and had a lot of good suggestions for things to do and places to eat, and made sure that we had everything we needed. Note that there is little available in the faja itself so having a car will make your stay easier. Raymundo (local cat) also made sure to make us feel welcome :)
