Maccona coffee, big fluffy towels, shower was awesome, service was perfect. Definitely recommend the cottage.

The villa also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Very modern and comfortable house. Very good location near many wineries. Lots of space around the house. Great shower. Very good matrasses! Highly recommended!

Lawn Cottages is just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach. It is within 10 minutes’ drive of Napier, Havelock North, and Hastings. A variety of local wineries are within 15 minutes’ drive. Your hosts can arrange restaurant and tour bookings for you. They left breakast fixings for us in our room. Very nice touch . Large lawn in front of the cottage that my grandchildren were in. They loved playing on it. They had a first aid kit in the bathroom. The outside looked older but the inside was completely modern, Clean. They sent me an email afterwards saying thank you for leaving the cottage so tidy.

Beautifully finished, great layout, nice and warm and a handy location too! Very clean, lots of parking, good outside space, good standard size rooms, all information was provided in a timely manner and very clear.
