Utopia Casas Boutique provides accommodation with free WiFi, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a big garden with a playground. Everything about our stay here was simply perfect. Rafa was so helpful in firstly providing all the information we needed in order to get to the property and secondly in meeting us late in the night as we arrived and giving us the full tour. Upon leaving, our flight wasn't due to depart until late afternoon so Rafa very kindly allowed us to check out late. We're so grateful to Rafa, Miranda, Humberto, Imelda, and Laura for making our experience of visiting Oaxaca so special. My wife and I agreed that this is by far the best accommodation either of us had ever stayed in. The views of the city from the private terraces were staggering, while the various amenities such as the pool, volleyball net, outside grill, and vegetable garden just added to the experience. As much as we enjoyed our forays into the city, we always looked forward to returning to spend the evening drinking mezcal on the terrace as the sun set on this beautiful city.

The house is very beautiful! Located in a quiet hilltop, far enough from the noise, but only 10 minutes from some of the local attractions. There are a few great options for food just a 5 minute walk down the road. Highly recommend panadería Helena for a delicious breakfast, Zicachella for delicious dinner, or 15 minute walk to the Mercado with a lot of great options for food, groceries, etc. The house was very comfortable for 6 adults, fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. There are plenty of spaces to hang out and relax. The host, Rebecca, was also extremely kind, great communication, and attentive to our stay.
