El Sergeant House Boutique Villa & Private Beach se encuentra junto a la playa de Unawatuna y ocupa una villa boutique de arquitectura colonial originaria del siglo XIX. We had an amazing stay in the Grand Suite. The boutique hotel is a little hidden beauty. We loved staying there. The people, the room, the tranquiity and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend a few days here in the Grand Suite. Great value for money.

It's on the alley in a reasonably quiet neighborhood (there's a mosque down the street, but the call to prayer is mercilessly subdued at night). It's very easy walking to all the sights. There are also several good restaurants in the vicinity and a grocery store 2 blocks away. The house itself is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. The bedroom is kept comfortable with a strong AC. The host is a very nice person.

We liked everything about the place. Specially the host who are really friendly and felt like home. With Clean and modern furniture our stay was comfy. Looking forward to visit again.
