This is a super clean apartment with a great shower, kitchen and bedroom. It’s perfectly located near Perugia’s mini Metro and has parking. The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

It was spot clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature on your own. It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Mostly the hosts were just amazing. I definitely recommend this rental.

The property is beautiful with lots of places to relax. The pool area is lovely with lots of lounge chairs. There are activities like playing billiards, ping pong or tennis on the beautiful fenced in court. The room itself was so lovely and well decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even the linens felt lovely. But the views. Oh my. The owners also have a restaurant close by which is well worth going to. The food was well priced and delicious.

Corrado was super nice and he was flexible with arrival time. We were late as we got into a traffic jam and he waited for us late at night which we appreciated a lot after 14 hours of travel. He also replied to messages quickly and the house was great and well-equipped overall!
