A recently renovated property, Casa Valentina 2 is located in Perugia near Perugia Cathedral, Perugia Train Station and Corso Vannucci. This is a super clean apartment with a great shower, kitchen and bedroom. It’s perfectly located near Perugia’s mini Metro and has parking. The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

The house is comfy and has everything you might need. It was spot clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature on your own. It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Located in Orvieto, 200 metres from Duomo Orvieto and 20 km from Civita di Bagnoregio, Casa Ginevra offers air conditioning. great location and host made a huge effort to communicate with us and recommendations.

Residenza Donna Iohanna is located in Gubbio, 44 km from Perugia Cathedral, 45 km from San Severo Church - Perugia, as well as 42 km from Corso Vannucci. the room was lovely. the lightning was wonderful and the design honoured the medieval period. the management was very attentive and responsive!

This was an extremely beautiful apartment in a very convenient area of Perugia. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The shower in the master bath was great.

The smell of old books as you entered was amazing! The apartment was so quirky and unusual, I loved it! The staircase was impressive and the layout brilliant!

Casa Patrizia is situated in Orvieto, 20 km from Civita di Bagnoregio, 41 km from Bomarzo - The Monster Park, as well as 47 km from Villa Lante. This is a very good rental that ticks all of the important boxes for us. Quiet, yet in a great location for restaurants and sites. There is a Pam grocery store next door and a good Patisserie. The bed and pillows very comfortable. Top 3 beds in a 6 week vacation. The kitchen was functional with several items left in the fridge for our use, including fruit. The host doesn't speak English and we don't speak Italian, however, he is proficient with google translate and has a great attitude and good sense of humour. He provides a nice pamphlet he had made up for his English speaking guests with helpful info. We parked temporarily within 200 meters of the apartment for 1 euro per hour to off load our luggage and moved to another parking lot a 10-12 minute walk away for 1 euro for 24 hours. Nice touches in the unit and it was clean. Great stay.

Boasting garden views, Residence Serena provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a bar, around 17 km from Train Station Assisi. Everything 😊. The property is beautiful with lots of places to relax. The pool area is lovely with lots of lounge chairs. There are activities like playing billiards, ping pong or tennis on the beautiful fenced in court. The room itself was so lovely and well decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even the linens felt lovely. But the views. Oh my. The owners also have a restaurant close by which is well worth going to. The food was well priced and delicious.

Offering a garden and garden view, I SEE LAKE is set in Castiglione del Lago, 44 km from Piazza Grande and 45 km from Perugia Cathedral. Corrado was super nice and he was flexible with arrival time. We were late as we got into a traffic jam and he waited for us late at night which we appreciated a lot after 14 hours of travel. He also replied to messages quickly and the house was great and well-equipped overall!
