On top of that, Gail at the pub was absolutely wonderful. She told us all about the history of the pub and chatted whisky with us right until close. It was a highlight of our trip.

I liked the peaceful location, the cleanliness, and the facilities. We had everything that we needed, and it was a lovely upgrade from camping. Having our own bathroom and kitchen in the pod makes it convenient and comfortable compared to similar places we have stayed in the past. We enjoyed making use of the BBQ/ fire pit that has been provided for each pod.

Well manicured and very quiet neighbourhood, exactly what I wanted for a good break. Full marks to the self-catering facilities and cottage arrangement.
