Also a wonderful laundry room. The bedroom’s were very large and modern. Lastly the manager was wonderful! so kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Boasting pool with a view and views of sea, Villas en el Bosque is a recently renovated villa situated in Ojochal, 1.2 km from Tortuga. Hostess Vanessa is so caring, relaxed and cool, we immediately felt at home. The walk to the beach is a great adventure (15 minutes through the jungle), we were able to observe great animals almost continuously (monkeys without end!). Great breakfast, great view from the balcony, overall a very good vibe there. Supermarket and fine restaurants are right next door, we definitely recommend staying here for a few nights.

Excellent accommodation in a private, gated area with three houses. Keys are collected from the reception of a property meters down the road. The pool was heated and an unexpectedly great amenity after long days hiking through cloud forests or going to adventure parks. We prepared our own meals in the kitchen, which was reasonably provisioned. A dehumidifier in the property was a great addition and while there was no air conditioning, it wasn't needed during our July visit. Quiet, clean and overall a great home during our stay in Monteverde. Parking on site and behind the gate is provided for each house.

Sofía is the kindest and most helpful host you could wish for. She helped organize all of my tours based on my wishes and likes (and all tours were SO amazing; zipline, hanging bridges, guided night tour). All customers were given a large plate of fruits each morning (complimentary). The view is wonderful, from sunny with a clear view to mystical as the mountain side is covered by clouds. This place is truly great value for your money.

Offering free WiFi and a garden,Villas Solar is a collection of four villas in the heart of Santa Teresa. Located just a 3 minutes' walk to the beach popular for surfing, shops and restaurants. Villas Solar exceeded our expectations. Greg, the host was helpful and super responsive to any question we had. The outdoor space is beautiful and surrounded by green, and was a lovely place to have meals. The inside was spacious, and furniture and beds are comfy and all very clean. Kitchen had everything needed if you want to cook your own meals. We worked remotely from there for the week and the wifi was fast and reliable for 2 people to be on video calls. There was even a backup network and power source. We needed a place to work after we checked out and Greg was incredibly accommodating in letting us work from one of the open downstairs spaces. 10/10 would recommend this place for any kind of stay!!

Cabañas Hoja Verde holiday homes are located in Monteverde, Costa Rica within the Monteverde Cloud Forest. Monteverde Botanical Garden is 1.7 km away from the homes. views and proximity to night walk, we saw a sloth, toucan, snake amongst others. so relaxing and clean. easy check in and check out. monteverde brewing company within walking distance for dinner and drinks. perfect end to a 2 week trip. bathroom was lovely and toiletries were great.

Located in the Escaleras Mountains, Villas Alturas has an outdoor pool with stunning views of Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast. Wonderful design, house, location, view, food, staff, animal sanctuary. Somehow they got everything right.
