Location was perfect for work, plus close to many sites I wanted to see on the weekends. Spacious house with plenty of room. Was very happy to have a washer and dryer. House was close to many restaurants and shopping. Great neighborhood. Great centralized location for everything from Volcano National Park to Mauna Kea. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials.

Location is great, about 40 min drive to the volcano park and Mauna Kea (visitor centre), respectively. Not necessarily quiet - you won’t hear traffic, but geckos and birds can be quite loud. It’s also only 5 min drive away from KTA Superstore, which is convenient. The house itself has a lot of windows which provide great ventilation.
