This place is created by amazing people in beautiful, peaceful natural area. You can feel like a guest in your family! Everything is clean and well equipped. If you are looking for the place where you can feel like in a slovenian home and live there in hormony with nature it's a perfect accommodation. It has a soul :) You don't need anything more there. What's more, local atractions which are reccommended by Leopold and Marija, let us feel the slovenian atmosphere and hidden beauty of this country. It's also a good start for visiting the well-known places in Slovenia, for us it wasn't a long distance by car. We highly recommend this place and these hosts.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, the kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and most importantly it was perfectly clean everywhere! The house is settled on a hill, with no neighbors or anything else - perfect privacy! The jacuzzi, Sauna & Steam shower are also in great condition and especially the jacuzzi with view over the hills is a unique experience. Sabina is an awesome host! She took care of everything, welcomed us very friendly with information about the house, the area and even the history of the place! Overall we can fully recommend this place and will be happy to return!

Everything you need is present, the host is very helpfull, and easy to reach. The location is lovely situated in a very quiet forest, but this also means you really need a car to get there and around. Plan your shopping as you need to count on a 10-15 minutes drive for the closest shops. The top of the Lavrovec hill is a 10 minutes walk and offers stunning views and lovely sunsets. Don't hesitate to go up in a misty morning, you might just be above the clouds :-). From the house you can do a number of nice walks and if you want to relax, you can always find a place in the sun. We had a stroke of bad luck with a broken coffee machine (next day replacement by the host - as it broke down on a Sunday) and an Internet issue due to a lightning strike (same day fix by the host) so really good support here.

The house was very clean and cosy. It is not far from Ljubliana but in the same time you are in the forest in a quite area. The house was fully equipped and modern. The owners were very helpful.

The location is superb as is the house. Made with so much love it is the perfect place for a holiday. From the location you can make beautiful day trips (Grots of Postojna, Koper, Trieste, Ljubljana etc).

Irena is a lovely host, who welcomed us warmly with cookies and sweets. The house is brilliant with 130year family tradition. The house has 3 bedrooms and fold-out couch in the living room. There is a full-equiped kitchen, a bathroom with the toilet and separate toilet as well. We loved the decorations and coziness. We also really enjoyed the big garden and gazebo with grill and spacious table. All the equipment for grilling is in the shed and you can use it as you wish. The Irena’s house is in Žiri, where you find shops, bakery, restaurants etc. The house is well located: to Lubljana abou 40 mins, to Bled lake and Bohinjski lake about 1 h and 30 mins. We also visited Postoljna jama and if you want to swim in the sea, it is easily accessible :) We really enjoyed the vacation here and it was hard to leave from such a soothing place! Thank you :)
