The location and also the house itself are fantastic. It is an exceptional house and you can tell that the owner and architect have put a lot of thought into it. Everything is friendly and new in an open design, the view is great. There are two bathrooms on two floors, and actually everything you can imagine is there. The outdoor terrace and the separate dining area are also great. We immediately felt very comfortable and were incredibly happy to have found such a beautiful house for our holiday. The location is central between Ljubljana and the coast, by car you can reach the motorway after 15 minutes, and from there it is 30 minutes drive to Ljubljana or 45 minutes to Koper. However, you need a car in any case, as there are no shopping facilities nearby. Communication with the landlord was via booking.com and was exemplary, questions were usually answered immediately or within a day. The reception on site was personal and there were also good tips about the house and the surrounding area. We felt as if we were invited to the home of good friends!

The house was very clean and cosy. It is not far from Ljubliana but in the same time you are in the forest in a quite area. The house was fully equipped and modern. The owners were very helpful.

It's a very nice place. Tiny house is lovely and very confortable. Easy acces to the attractions of the region. Leopold and Maria make sure we don't miss everything, they are perfect host. The first evening we met around a glass of local white wine, very pleasant moment. I recommend without any hesitation!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, the kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and most importantly it was perfectly clean everywhere! The house is settled on a hill, with no neighbors or anything else - perfect privacy! The jacuzzi, Sauna & Steam shower are also in great condition and especially the jacuzzi with view over the hills is a unique experience. Sabina is an awesome host! She took care of everything, welcomed us very friendly with information about the house, the area and even the history of the place! Overall we can fully recommend this place and will be happy to return!

The place is absolutely stunning. It was recently innovated at the highest level. Every piece there was spot on. Everything was perfect, from the linen to the bead to any other piece of furniture or kitchen utensil. On top of that, the view is breathtaking, as seen in the pictures. The location is great as well, close to many attractions in the area. I would definitely want to go back.
