The host Allen was super responsive with communication, thoughtful and welcoming. There is a team to welcome and support too, they are very professional and helpful. Everything about the stay experience was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. If only we stayed for more days. I don't normally leave reviews but this one is a gem! Highly recommended

Superb view of Mount Fuji, helpful and friendly host, very clean and comfortable place we spent 3 nights at. The onsen on site we enjoyed it so much as well. Overall is wonderful stay at Silver Spray in Lake Yamanakako and will recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay with marvelous Mount Fuji view.

Real Ryokan feeling with bath tub including a wonderful view on Mt. Fuji from the tub and especially from the room. We loved it here :) Thanks again to the best host, we ever had!

The room itself was very clean, comfortable and being able to see the Mt. Fuji from the window in the morning is such a mood! Will recommend this to everyone looking for a peaceful place to stay around the Mt. Fuji.
