I had some problem how to rate this place. I gave only one 10 before and it always hard for me. But this place was exacly what we need and even a little above. So 10/10. Place is huge, especially for family with 2 children. Big rooms, with place to play for the little ones. Everything you need is there. Parking without any problems, park nearby with playgrounds, wifi working witout any problems, everything clean. Not far from all beaches, cagliari and airport. But for all of this i would give 9. The thing what makes it 10 is the host. The host were perfect. We meet them only at the check in, but it was enought. There met us with full smile, really good english and even some presents:) Out children after whole day trip really needed that choco. And we needed that smile and that 'no problem' apartment.

The spacious holiday home with a patio and sea views has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms with a bidet. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area.

Maria was an amazing host, always available to answer any questions that arose. We have rented houses all over Europe and this was hands down the best and most accommodating house we have stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with all of the basics so we could cook meals (there are several grocery stores nearby). We arrived on Easter Sunday, when all of the stores were closed and Maria had freshly baked cookies waiting for us as well as some essentials in the refrigerator like wine, beer and juice. The property is very clean with a nice amount of space. Right out the back door is the gate to the beach, it was truly perfection! There are beach chairs and umbrellas in the house for the use of the guests. Maria recommended a cooking class that we did as a family and had a great day. Overall I would recommend everyone to stay here, you won't be sorry!

Location is perfect for beach, shops and airport. The beach is very clean and private, at most a handful of people across the whole stretch of beach at any one time. The Coop is a 10 minute walk away and has plenty of fresh food and groceries and there is a pharmacy a little further away but is only a 5 minute bike ride so we made use of the free bikes at the property.

    Location is perfect for beach, shops and airport. The beach is very clean and private, at most a handful of people across the whole stretch of beach at any one time.     Fabio and Valentina's place is a great option to stay in the island. Fairly close to the city and on the way to main beaches. We really enjoyed our time there, the hosts are great, helped us with suggestions of places to eat and go!. The place is all new, and very clean. The breakfast is good, with fresh fruits and pastries. We'll definitely come back.

    The house is beautiful, spacious and very clean. We spent a wonderful two-week vacation here with our family. If we needed any help, the owner was immediately available. A few steps from the house is a pleasant, not overcrowded beach that you can reach directly from the house.
