The kitchen is well equipped with every utensil recessary, spacious and opens up to the garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the afternoon and evening sunshine. The garden has plenty of shade and the house is cool even in the summer heat. For the winter months, the two open fireplaces in the dining room and living room would be most enjoyable. A very welcoming and easygoing host. It was nice to have a full house of four rooms plus bathroom with parking and a small garden. The location is a good base for visiting Tuscany and Umbria. The host left for us many supplies for the Italian breakfast and also beverages in the fridge, milk and apples. The area is very quite. Only houses, no shop. There are mosquito nets at all windows. The bathroom and the bedrooms are big. There is an old washing machine that does its job. Although there is no air conditioning, by opening the windows on the right side of the house (depending on the hour) it was never too hot for us (early August).
