Villa Trufalo is amazing, warm and feels like home. The house is very big, with absolutely everything that you might need. The decor is so unique. With its huge yard and wonderful countryside offers true Tuscan experience for beautiful mornings and great evenings. We had great communication with the host...that just add value to this amazing place.

We (a couple in their early 30s) were walking the Via degli Dei and this was our last night's stop before reaching Firenze. The apartment is only a few minutes away from the trail, and the view from the windows is exceptional. Gabriella was a very responsive and flexible hostess. The apartment is spacious and well-kept. There are no grocery stores in close walking distance, but there is a restaurant - just make sure to book in advance! The whole apartment was really clean, the bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The bedroom had high ceilings and a gorgeous view towards Firenze. The bed was also quite comfortable. If you are around, we would definitely recommend staying here.

Best thing was the house alone and environment around. It was few kilometers from the city and you need a car for traveling.

I can’t recommend this villa highly enough. Villa Maria offers a wonderfully comfortable stay and the owners who live on the property were exceptionally hospitable and accommodating to anything we needed. Leonardo, his Mama and Nona provided our family so many lovely memories. We can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend their pizza night and cooking class. We also requested a special dinner that was beyond our expectations. It’s such a relaxing destination and we all came away feeling fulfilled. Thank you Leonardo.

This is a renovated old house outside Florence and it takes app. 20 min by car to reach the city. The hosts are very friendly and gave us a lot of useful advises. There is good wi-fi but there is no phone signal in the area so if you want to detach fully from the everyday mobile phone this is a good place.
