One of the best experiences i ever had in Italy. The apartment is a jem. Francesca is a magnific host, he was always available and worked hard in order to make us feel at home. The apartment is in the position possible in Portovenere, right after the old town door. There was so nice details, as tea, nespresso coffee and other amenities. Ingredients for Italian breakfast, namely excellent espresso, milk, juice and pastry, were a very nice surprise prepared by the hosts. The double bed is large and comfortable. The garden and two terraces made the house a true oasis on the hill top of Porto Venere.

I will never forget this completely unique villa. The view over Portovenere is gorgeous. We walked down into the village to get fresh pastries for breakfast every morning and back up to the villa to eat them in the stunning gardens. The town is lovely. Paola is a wonderful host. If you get the chance to stay here, leap at it!

It was in a great location, Porto Venere, you could take the boat to Cinquo Terre from there, also there is a bus that takes you to LeSpazia( about 40min) from there you can take the train to Cinquo Terre which is fast.the benefits of the train is that is cheaper than the boat and more flexible on time, you can stay all the evening in Cinquo T. and come back by train without worrying you’ll miss the last boat which is at 5pm from Monteroso. The restaurants and the shops were few minutes away. The supermarket had made things, fresh mozzarella! There is also a great focaccia shop a few minutes away! The view from the garden was amazing! The garden is great/ we enjoyed having our brunch in there! The house was good size to us a family of 4! It was equipped with everything, looked like someone is living there! The owner was super nice, lived next to the property, happy to wait for us in the night to accommodate us! We had a bottle of champagne waiting for us! She helped us with the parking by taking us to park the car and bringing us back to the property in her car. ( about 5 min driving) about £50 for 7 days
