I really like this kind of places that are on the way to their greatness. Arriving to the place which is in the middle of an agricultural area we had a feeling that we are in wild area. And it was perfect for our needs as we were looking for a place to rest, within good distance to most ancient cities in Sicily. The home itself is clean & fresh, we really love the kitchen. You can see that it's evolving and I hope that within next years it will have all needed essentials (like the fence). I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 people, as the couch in the living room is very soft. The beach is placed nearby, it's quite wild but you will find a sandy places. For shopping & restaurants you can visit nearby Pachino and I really recommend to visit local stores instead of big markets. Cities like Modica, Syracuse or beautiful small town of Marzamemi are in the driving distance, also Airport in Catania is below 2h drive.

Francesca is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a spectacular choice of local delicacies, wines and drinks. She was very discreet but at the same time made us feel supported by sending texts to check whether we needed anything. The house is immaculate, fully equipped at a high standard. We loved to eat on the patio after cooking our own dinner or getting it from the pescheria (which does takeaway)in Pachino, which is the closest village. The air conditioning works perfectly; we had good night sleep in the quiet of the area with just the kitchen air con on for the whole house. Just a few dunes separate the house from a beach of fine sand, very few people and pristine blue sea. Francesca also provides beach towels, sun beds and parasols for the beach. Useful to know if you are traveling with little space in your luggage. You will find everything you need.

Everything about this house is perfect. The house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. It is clean, the kitchen is perfect, the beds are cosy. The garden is completely fenced, siutable for families with children, and has everything you need for relaxing in the sun. The beach is 50 m away, and is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches around there. The host is the best, he was friendly and nice, very cooperative, willing to help. If you have any questions, he answeres asap, and will help in any way, so you find the restaurant, grocery store, fish market or anything you need. As we stayed in his house during the Mediteranian hurricane, he warned us if there was a red alarm for our region, and advised us to stay inside. I think everyone should visit this place, it sure is on our list again someday.

The guest house is located a stone's throw from the beach, which was the reason for choosing this place. Own safe parking. The owners greeted us personally. The house has different rooms, we got an apartment with two bedrooms on the 1st floor. A big plus of the apartment is a terrace overlooking the sunset, where we served breakfast and dinner. If we go to Sicily again, I would choose this place again.
