What a fantastic property and hostess. Loli was very responsive to any queries we had and the property was simply gorgeous. An absolute haven of peace and tranquility with ample space for my family of 5 so that we could all truly relax. Everything worked perfectly and even on the one occasion that the toaster broke, Loli had organised a brand new replacement toaster which was delivered by a friend of hers within 3 hours. If they had an 11/10 option then Villa Guacimara would definitely deserve that score.

-The location, despite the effort hauling bags down through the village, it's worth it for the cosy setting and the wild sea so close-up. -The sun terrace (but see comment on sunbeds below) -The neat kitchen space (but see comment on forks) -The geckos in the house, so no flies or mosquitoes -The feeling of being right at the end of the road!

Location and house is great! Calm village, no beach here in Igueste to swim (stones), you have to go another 3km .. but there is Las Gaviotas and Las Teresitas which are great.

The location is superb, especially if you're looking for peace and quiet. The house itself is beautiful; everything was obviously well designed and seems ideal for a holiday home. The hosts are splendid; they're there when you need them but otherwise they're totally unobtrusive. We found it very thoughtful of them to have left us some welcome food in the fridge. We'd rate it with more than 10 if we could.
