It felt very safe and peaceful. The cabin was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. We were also offered access to kayaks, pedalos and paddle boards, which we gave a try and thoroughly enjoyed. We were there off-peak so no kids around. But there were plenty of games and activities for children too.

The beautiful lake with a small beach belonging to the holiday complex is just across the traffic-calmed street with loungers, canoes, SUP, ball games, sunbathing area, etc. It is not far to Algonquin National Park, making it an ideal starting point for a visit to the park. You should already stock up on groceries on the way there. We were very satisfied.
