The property has been beautifully renovated and is a very comfortable to place to stay with all the equipment that you could possibly need to make it your home away from home! The temperatures were in the late 20s/early 30s when we stayed yet it still stayed pleasantly cool inside with no need to use the air conditioning at all. The outside space is also lovely, a very attractive and nicely maintained garden with sun loungers, a table, bench and chairs and off street parking behind a locked gate. The terrace has excellent comfortable sofas on it and is a lovely place to eat breakfast. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful - a very pleasant place to stay. A great location from which to enjoy the local area, which is a National Park, but also an excellent base from which to explore Central Europe with the Austrian borders with Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic all nearby and easily reached via motorway. We spent time in Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest which were all wonderful. Finally a note for the host who was exceptionally helpful in providing advice and had everything well organised for a trouble free stay. Highly recommended!

A very cozy house with a beautiful covered porch. Quiet vicinity. Well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable large bathroom. The nice owner recommended us a great Heurige nearby. I also recommend a visit to the Dorfmuseum. We would love to come back to this place someday.

We were looking for a quiet, cozy getaway not too far from our home in Vienna. Sonnenweg was more than a perfect solution. Owner, Christian, is one of the kindest and most helpful Booking hosts we've ever met. The home itself has absolutely everything you need to feel you are staying at your own place. Bed was great for peaceful sleep in the countryside and sitting in front of the fireplace in the evening was great too. We also had a BBQ and let our dog play in the private yard. The area around the Zicksee is quiet and great for getting away from big city life. We plan to go back and have already recommended Sonnenweg to many of our friends :D

Cute house with garden. Bakery and restaurant just round the corner. Well equipped and spacious. It was an ideal stay while we were on bike tour.
