They also had great recommendations for what to do in the small city of Midyat. Make sure to have google translate downloaded on your smartphone. English is not really spoken in this town. Which makes it more adventurous for those that don’t speak Turkish

Boasting a garden and views of garden, HASBAHAN KONUKEVİ&BUTİKOTEL is a guest house set in a historic building in Sanlıurfa, 600 metres from Balikli Gol. Every friendly staff. They went above and beyond to help me in the city. One of the best hotel I have ever been stayed.

Situated within 1.1 km of Balikli Gol and 46 km of Harran, Taşkıran Boutique Hotel offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Sanlıurfa. Incredible find on the edge of Old Town in a spacious historic building. I paid single rate for a room that could easily sleep four or more. Bed was comfortable with outlet plug-ins surrounding the room. Turkish breakfast was quite generous and filling. The owner was very helpful with details for what to see around the city and directions to a downtown station area for catching buses to Göbeklitepe or the Havas back to the airport. Everything about this place, area was magical and I will definitely stay here again anytime I'm back in the city!

I got sick at Aslan guest House, and everyone from the staff and other guests were so nice to me giving me everything I needed. The building is absolutely beautiful and the breakfast is very nice, also 24h tea. A place to go back

Hotel Kasr-i Nehroz nalazi se u dvije povijesne kamene kuće, na nekoliko stotina metara od tržnice srebrom. Na raspolaganju su recepcija otvorena 24 sata i besplatan WiFi u zajedničkim prostorijama. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is at a stone's throw from the bus station and, at the same time, inside the old city. In fact, I would recommend to reach it from that side (bus station) rather than from the main square. The stuff is very gentle and keen to help while the room was spacious, warm and well furnished. The whole hotel is really beautiful and I would recommend to ask for a room facing the courtyard. Oh and they also have a restaurant, slightly more expensive than those downtown, but really worth it and serving alcohol

Located in a quiet alley-way, walking distance to Abraham’s cave, market area and restaurants. A very comfortable place to stay and excellent value.
