Paola is a gem, she personally helped my father in law enter the water, who is really weak and has a hard time to walk, helped us get a cake and helped us out in every situation. The place has cool tours to offer with señor Milton. Lastly i met my amigo Totoro there who is the best doggy out there, a real Piraña with a heart of gold and the mind of a hunter. Wilmer, Vicki and the kids are a wonderful family and very accommodating. They can prepare meals for you if you request them and I had Vicki’s ceviche, which was amazing. If you want to cook there is a kitchen with a two ring hob, fridge and cooking utensils, as well as a coffee machine. Note that the tap water is not drinkable (which is the case all over Peru), so make sure that you bring or buy bottled water.
