Catlins Retreat B & B is situated in Owaka. Featuring garden and quiet street views, this guest house also includes free WiFi. The home is warm and welcoming, with many amenities to support a comfortable stay: from extra heaters and blankets to plentiful mugs and dishes for tea or breakfast. The room is also spacious. Finally the host was available and helpful throughout our stay. We could walk to dinner in Owaka, which was an added bonus.

Minaret Ridge Retreat in Wanaka boasts accommodation with free bikes and barbecue facilities. The property is around 4.3 km from Puzzling World, 1 km from Lake Wanaka and 18 km from Treble Cone. It was a treat to stay at Minaret Ridge after 3 nights at crowded hostels. Just what I needed. Jay was helpful in assisting me “find” the property (I almost went into their lovely honeymoon by mistake!). What a relaxing stay -thanks!

Studio 585 is situated in Alexandra and offers a garden and barbecue facilities. This guest house provides free private parking and private check-in and check-out. The breakfast was great. Our hosts very welcoming and friendly. Our Stay was very comfortable. Highly recommeded.
