Great, helpfull staff, good location close to the beach and a fantastisch breakfast! They arranged a snorkeling trip for us and knew the best spots to eat.

We had a lovely one night stay at Markez and Denisa's place who treated us like queens! They prepared a delicious dinner for us after a long flight and a beautiful breakfast the next morning (highly recommend the juice!). Markez was very thoughtful and accommodating of our dietary requirements. We had a good night sleep - the room had Aircon and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Markez spent time with us to answer any questions we had and give us recommendations. He took great care to make sure we got to our next destination safely and successfully. Markez and Denisa obviously put so much love, thought and effort into everything for their guests and can't recommend their place enough.

Situated in Bacalar in the Quintana Roo region, Casa Umay offers accommodation with access to a public bath. This guest house features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The staff was amazing. They provided great support and suggested nice places to visit in Bacalar. I enjoyed our stay and I will definitely come back in the future

They welcomed us with a huge smile and gave us a lot of special attention throughout our stay that made our time there feel really special. From gifting us food to giving us a ride at 2am to the bus station, and giving us hammocks to rest in after check out, they were so generous to us. The place is also really cute and cosy, always very clean and comfortable. Love Casa Coral !
