Comfortable guesthouse with spacious and renovated family rooms, great for an extended stay. It is 5min away from Cinnamon Bey beach. The staff extremely nice and helpful. The owner attends to his guests himself to make sure that our stay is great and exceeds expectations. They organized a cute setup for our friend whose birthday happened to be during our stay, they allowed us to check out later free of charge, and even arranged for a homemade lunch at the guesthouse itself, on the pergola, which was great. Highly recommended!

He makes everybody feel comfortable as at home, it was very nice experience to stay at this place! The swimming pool was nice addition to our stay, plus the food was incredible! Perfect in every way possible. The room was large, perfectly clean and everything seamed seamed new. Stunning view. Very private as you it's only one apartment, on the top floor. Sam and his staff are absolutely amazing, taking care of you as if you were staying at the most expensive 5-star resort around ;) Sam's fish restaurant on the ground floor serves the top fish and seafood, all their specials were truly amazing. I heard it was said to be the best fish restaurant in the area, and I can only agree to that. In summery: Top stay, top people, top restaurant. Was planning to stay 2 nights, but stayed for 7 in the end :). Thanks Sam!

Let me first say that Monika and Viraj are spectacular hosts. The beautiful river view villa is in an unbeatable location nested on the Bentota River bank. The Villa gives you access to all of the hotspots in both Bentota and Aluthgama. It is also ideally located right beside the highway which provides access to the rest of Sri Lanka such as Galle, Colombo, etc. I found our hosts to be incredibly hospitable and attentive, we felt at home the moment we stepped in. We would recommend this place to anyone passing by the region!
