If you are looking for a place to relax during your travels, this is the perfect place to stay for at least several days if not a week or more. The sunrises are absolutely beautiful. Tanoi and Sander were wonderful hosts and always available if you needed anything. They also checked in to see how I was doing throughout the day, and we had good conversations about Laos history and other topics. The first night I was there was Tanoi's birthday, and all guests were invited to the dinner celebration. Room and bed were comfy. There was hot water in one of the shared bathrooms if needed.

Xuanmai Garden Resort is a 15-minute drive from Pakse’s centre. Guests can enjoy their meals at the on-site restaurant. The staff clearly loves to take care of the resort and its guests. Very warm and friendly people, makes the stay so much more comfortable, plus they cook each meal with extra dedication.

The location had a beautiful view and a comfortable place to hang out. It was the perfect distance from the main town. The hammock was a nice touch.

The hosts were incredibly friendly! They offered bike and scooter rentals at a lower price than the island average. Additionally, they provided laundry and boat services, organizing everything seamlessly. Always available and incredibly helpful.The Wi-Fi was excellent; we work remotely and had no issues whatsoever. Strategically located on the island with a spacious terrace. Thank you!

It's an older guesthouse with basic facilities but with a fresh lick of paint. Exceptionally clean. Firm mattress but not super -hard so comfortable. Nice area out front for good breakfast or to sit and relax and talk to fellow travellers. Very nice and helpful French and Laotian couple.

It was a pleasure to stay at their guesthouse, better than I expected for the price. We had less than 24 hours there, so we didn't experience much, but their hospitality was noticed.

Back again for a third night after completing the loop. I still love the place and I highly recommend this guesthouse. Tina is so helpful and this time organised a tuk tuk to the airport. The position of the place is perfect to discover the island. The person that handles the property is amazing, struggling a little bit with the English but he will definitely try to help you with your questions. The food is amazing as well and the restaurant is on the river, perfect for enjoying a nice breakfast!
