The bungalows are rustic but very comfortable. Lin and Ah Sey and the entire staff are so friendly and helpful. They really did everything to make my visit great. I loved hanging out in the restaurant and watching little Lily get into all sorts of mischief, and the infamous sea otter paid a visit which was amazing and funny. As others have mentioned, Lin’s boat ride with snorkeling, fishing, a barbecue and finally swimming with the bioluminescent plankton was pure magic!

Firefly Guesthouse ligger på ön Koh Rong i provinsen Preah Sihanouk, 20 km från både Koh Rong Dive Center och High Point Adventure Park. Restaurangen serverar asiatiska rätter. Firefly guesthouse is absolutely beautiful. I planned on only staying two nights, but kept extending. This is a place you don’t want to leave. Waking up at the riverside, having a swim and just watching the boats go by.. absolute bliss. The owner and his family are also so friendly and accommodating, and the food is so good and fresh. They also can make their dishes vegan. This is the perfect place is you want somewhere to just relax and take it all in. Really loved it there!

Crusoe Koh Takiev Island ligger i Koh Ta Kiev och har en trädgård, en gemensam lounge, en terrass och en restaurang. The island is a slice of paradise, pristine beaches, forest, not many people. Cell phone reception is minimal, so a good place to relax and enjoy the ocean. The water is heavenly, you can go snorkeling just off the beach to see a coral reef and there are trails for bush walks. The food is fresh and cooked with care and the atmosphere is really nice. If you're used to western comforts, this is a return back to basics, but totally worth it! Be self sufficient, bring everything you need, also enough cash and live life in your bathing suit!

Bong's Guesthouse M'Pai Bay ligger i Koh Rong Sanloem, en kort bit från M’Pai Bay Beach, och har en terrass, bar och utsikt över havet. I stayed there for 6 nights, and it was the best decision I could have made. Not only was the room super comfortable, but the location was perfect. Dining at the restaurant is the best; the food is delicious, and I tried a bit of everything. And the staff is the best—friendly, helpful in every way, and a great atmosphere. Loved it.

Om Home ligger vid dammen i byn Otres och erbjuder boende i Sihanoukville. Du kan njuta av drycker i baren. Alla rum har en egen terrass eller balkong med utemöbler. The lady, who owns the place is such an exceptional person that she alone adds 3 extra points to the rating.:) Nevertheless, the bungalows were also absolutely fine, clean and comfortable. The community area is cozy, equipped with some cheeky cats and very interesting guests to talk to. I hope that this little heaven with its pretty garden can stay longer..!

Sok Sabay ligger i Kaôh Rŭng ö och har en trädgård och en terrass. Gästerna kan njuta av utsikten över trädgården. På Sok Sabay har varje rum balkong med havsutsikt. Tom and Roo were excellent hosts. Always happy to chat but respectful in giving you solitude. The location was perfect and relaxing.

Friend of Nature Bungalow ligger i centrala Kaôh Rŭng ö, 2,9 km från Lonely Beach, och erbjuder en trädgård och en terrass. Utöver ett businesscenter har detta boende även ett vattenland. Honestly I have no words to describe this paradise place. Firstly I want to thank Johney, the host of this beautiful place. He has a very good heart. He was so helpful. We had everything that we needed even our own kitchen. Johney gave us towels, water, cooking supplies and more over he allowed us kayaking and it was one of the best days! Talking about the place: it’s a paradise. We were staying in local village and interacting with locals. The kids are adorable there. The house was so beautiful. It had a fan and it was more than enough for us. When you live in the nature you don’t really need WiFi so it was amazing to have these beautiful three days in the nature and waking up with the songs of the birds. OMG! I 100% recommend Friend of Nature homestay! You will never regret it and it could be your best experience in Cambodia because for us it was one of the best! Also Friend of nature homestay is situated in the north of Koh Rong, very close to Lonely beach and it has its own local Palm beach. Johney, thank you so much for being so nice to us! Your homestay is one of the best that I’ve stayed in!

Sam's Guesthouse M'Pai Bay ligger i Koh Rong Sanloem och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi. Som gäst har du tillgång till en trädgård, en gemensam lounge och en terrass. We absolutely loved our time on koh rong sanloem and at Sam’s guesthouse. She was absolutely amazing and helped us with anything we needed. She gave us loads of information about the island, recommended places which were good to eat and any events that were happening and she was always up for a chat. We wanted to stay an extra night as we loved it and she happily accommodated us at a discounted price which was fab! The room was lovely, and perfect for what we needed for a few nights. The rooms do get quite hot obviously but there is a fan. It’s in such a good location too, a couple minute walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants around. If you’re thinking of staying on koh rong sanloem I would highly recommend here! The island does experience some power cuts but they didn’t last long at all and weren’t an inconvenience for us, but it’s not any of the hotel/guesthouses fault so don’t blame them for it.
