Amazing location, we stayed 2 nights on the island and it was probably the highlight of our 2 week trip. It rained the whole time and was magical, comfy dorm rooms and a private bookable onsen!

One of the best hostels where I have stayed so far and surely the best in Japan. The vibe there is so chill and friendly and you get to know locals when they come over for drinks. Amazing! Situated next to a rice field, 88 House Hiroshima is a non-smoking accommodation with free WiFi throughout the property. From JR Hiroshima Station, the property is a 25-minute bus ride away. The location is remoted but not too far from the city center just be aware that you need either a taxi a car or a bus ride to get there. The house is great, true japanese country house. Also the owner is a very nice guy he did call 2 taxis for us on the day of the check out because we were travelling with big luggages, he was even ready to drive us to the station himself if he couldn't find any.

Location is great, it's right by the water. We actually were on our bicycles to get there and no problem locating the hotel. There's plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel, if you come by car. Facilities are great. We stayed in shared dorm using shared bathroom which is no issue for us at all. Bunk bed is quite comfy and quiet at night. Bathroom is squeaky clean, very very clean! We love everything here and will definitely plan a trip to stay here again!
