Open from 2015, Cinnamon Guesthouse Dogo offers female only and mixed dormitory rooms with free WiFi. Dogo Onsen Station is a 4-minute walk away. The host was a very warm and kind individual. Would love to come back just to talk to him more. He was super helpful and me figuring out where to go once I found out the Dogo Onsen was under construction and fully booked. Which to be honest, was confusing as I think the Dogo Onsen website specifically mentions there are no reservations. Location was perfect, literally around the corner from Dogo Onsen, a few other onsens and the shopping area with good souvenir/clothes shops and good restaurants.

Cyclo No Ie ligger i Imabari, 17 km från Henjou-in Temple och 18 km från Kawara Museum, och erbjuder rum med luftkonditionering och delat badrum. Perfect location, right at the end/start of the Shimanami Kaido bicycle route and as close to the train station as it gets. Comfortable facilities. Very helpful host.

The host is very kind and received us very well. We arrived by bike completely wet due to the rain and she was very helpful and kind in taking us to a the municipal sento and helping us dry our clothes. She also arranged dinner at a nice place for us, if she suggest to make a reservation for you, say yes!

Guesthouse Yadokari - Vacation STAY 90101 ligger i Imabari, 38 km från Kawara Museum, 38 km från Kawaranofurusato Park och 44 km från Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine. It is in a very quiet location. There is a small beach just behind the house. Outside the house can park 2-3 cars. There are 3 rooms of reasonable size. 2 rooms are with 2 double decker beds. 1 room with 2 single beds, and this room is joined to the sitting area. The kitchen and dining area is certainly the most interesting area. The kitchen has all the facilities for light cooking, and the large dining table can easily seat 10. The is a washing machine and dryer, and wifi is good and strong. The place is quite remote, so it is suitable for those travelling by own vehicle, car, bicycle or motorbike. The hosts are very hospitable and very helpful with local places to visit. They met us on arrival. Check-out was also free of hassle.

Outstanding property with all the amenities you could want for a family retreat. With optional Karaoke, Large Outdoor Bath, and Yakiniku (BBQ), we spent more time at the house then we did away from it. The house is nestled in a private bamboo forest with multiple outdoor hammocks and one indoor hammock to enjoy. The building itself appears to be very new and was very clean. We had a toddler in our party and were provided with a diaper pail as well as baby shower supplies. We requested the optional outdoor bath, for each night of our stay, and there was a bucket of rubber duckies that filled the large bath much to our toddler's delight. There were also board games and coloring supplies available to entertain our children. The property owners even provided home made mochi and shaved ice! All in all this was the highlight of our trip around Japan and a memory my children will never forget. 10/10 would recommend this property to families or couples looking for a private getaway.
